The owner tells me that this particular hull was moulded by Skentelbery of Plymouth about 1990, to an improved customer specification, for his own completion. We are delighted to offer for sale this lovely 2007 57ft Semi Trad Narrowboat with reverse layout. This is a nice example of the capable Scorpion 8.1 Rib that has done some big trips in the last 10 years: round the UK, Fleetwood to Guernsey return, Scotland and Ireland. The trailer was bought 8 years ago and the Shearwater Cabin was fitted by the current owner as he wanted the boat for long range cruising. This is a great example of the very popular but hard to come by, Cox 27 Family Fisher. The boat was re-fitted in 2011 and had a new 70hp Yanmar engine fitted in 1993. She is copper coated and is just about to go back into the water for the season.
